Our dance and gymnastics portraits are offered on a seamless neutral backdrop to give parents timeless photographs of their dancers and gymnasts. We work with studios to tailor the portrait
experience to their studio’s specific needs.
We can schedule portraits during class times or as a separate event at your studio outside of class hours. If scheduling your portrait event outside of class times, all booking is done online and all ordering takes place via private online galleries after the portrait event date.

Q. If we schedule portraits for our studio outside of class times how do parents schedule their dancer’s time slot?
A. All scheduling takes place via Calendly. A $45 non-refundable sitting fee is collected at time of booking and is used as a shopping credit at time of photograph selections. If parents need to reschedule their time to a different time on portrait day they are able to do that through the scheduling platform link. If you reschedule to a different available time on the event date there is no additional sitting fee collected.
Q. Can students come in a classic dance or gym outfit instead of their recital costume?
A. Yes! Absolutely. We love the timeless look of a soft pink or black classic ballet dance outfit or leotard. Please feel free to bring you student dressed in one if you would prefer that over a costume for your photographs.
Q. If we don’t spend our entire sitting fee credit can we get a partial refund?
A. The non refundable fee covers the sitting fee time as well as costs associated with the shoot, so we are unable to refund any fees collected at time of booking. Thank you for your understanding!
Q. How long does it take to receive galleries after portrait day?
A. All galleries are emailed out to parents within two weeks of the event date.
Q. Do you charge the studio for your services?
A. The studio is not responsible for any fees. All ordering takes place by parents via their private online galleries.
Q. If parents want to have their student photographed in multiple costumes do they have to book more than one spot?
A. Yes. They will need to book separate time slots for each costume they want photographed.
