***New this year, siblings can be photographed together without booking an additional spot however, siblings will only be photographed for clients booking individual spots for each of their kids! You must book an individual spot for each attendee. The sibling photographs will be delivered and available for purchase in their own unique gallery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How many files will I receive with my session?
A. All sessions include color-corrected, print-ready photographs available in your online gallery. On average, clients receive between 8 & 12 photographs presented in both color and black and white.
Q. Is the Portrait Pop-Up for families?
A. Due to the structure of this event is for individual “school portrait” style images only. We offer both full sessions and our annual fall mini sessions for family portraits.
Q. Can I bring more than one outfit for my session?
A. The portrait pop-up spot includes one outfit only.
Q. How are my files edited?
A. All galleries include delivery of edited/color-corrected images with small blemish removal where applicable. Additional enhancements/retouching: Ex/removing braces, whitening teeth, slimming body parts, smoothing hair, removing tan lines, swapping heads on subjects, etc are an additional fee. As a courtesy to our clients, we offer these services at cost from the retouching company we use for these more detailed edits. Image retouching ranges in price from $2.50 to $15 per image depending on the service requested.
Q. What is your refund policy if I’m unable to make my pop-up session time?
A. Your nonrefundable deposit secures your session date and time. If you are unable to make your session time or need to reschedule, your payment can be credited for use towards a full portrait session in the future. Credits must be used within 6 months of your purchase date.
Q. What happens if there is rain/bad weather in the forecast?
A.Studio sessions are not affected by weather patterns. In the event of an unforeseen act of God - pandemic, flooding, etc. - we will work on rescheduling studio sessions or refunding clients deposits.
Q. How long will it take to receive my student’s gallery?
A. All galleries are delivered via email 2 to 3 weeks after the portrait pop-up date.
Q. How long do I have to download my photographs after I receive my gallery?
A. You will have 4 weeks to make any purchases from your online gallery.
Q. If I purchase digital downloads, can I print my downloaded files elsewhere?
A. Yes! All images come with personal reprint release, meaning you can order prints via online stores or at your local neighborhood drugstore. You also have the option to order professional prints via your online gallery if you so choose.
Q. If I purchase digital downloads, can I use my photographs for Christmas cards or birth announcements, etc.
A. Yes! We love seeing our clients’ photographs pop-up in their Christmas cards, graduation announcements, etc.
