Headshots are scheduled by appointment Monday through Friday between 9AM and 2PM.
Individual Headshots at our Studio in Downtown New Braunfels
Headshot portraits are taken on a seamless paper or against a soft white wall. Though we normally work with neutral grays/whites, we can accommodate colors specific to your brand upon request.
1 to 3 People scheduled at a time: $120* per person
Includes 3-5 finished images per person in an online gallery shared with the point of contact at your place of business.
4 or more people scheduled at a time: $85* per person
Includes 3-5 finished images per person in an online gallery shared with the point of contact at your place of business.
Private online galleries for each unique team member are available for an additional $10 per person.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. Yes, we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax on all products and services.
Q. How extensive is the editing of my headshot images?
A. All portraits are color-corrected and receive a hair and skin retouch. Glasses glare removal is also available.. Extensive retouching/editing - swapping heads, braces removal, retouching excessive acne, removing tan lines, bald spots or extensive hair retouching is available for an additional fee per image. We offer retouching services at the cost of the 3rd party retouching company we work with. Their prices range in price from $2.50 to $15 per image depending on the scope of work requested.
Q. How many files will I receive with my session?
A. 3 to 5 finished images will be available per team member.
Q. Can I bring more than one outfit for my session?
A. You can wear one outfit for team member studio headshots. For more extensive photography offerings for your business photography needs please reach out for a custom bid.
Q. How long will it take to receive my session gallery?
A. All galleries are delivered via email 1 week after your session date.
Q. How long do I have to download my photographs after I receive my session gallery?
A. You will have 6 weeks to download files
Q. Can I print my downloaded files elsewhere?
A. Yes! All images come with a professional/commercial reprint release, meaning you can order prints via online shops or at your local photo lab. You also have the option to order professional prints via your online gallery if you so choose.
