How It Works
Step 1: Reserve Your Spot
Choose your 10-minute time slot and pay a $67 sitting fee (gallery credit) to secure your reservation.
Step 2: Show Up & Socialize
Arrive a few minutes early or stay late, grab some coffee and mingle with fellow women in business.
Step 3: Headshot Time
We'll photograph you against your choice of two backdrops and capture a variety of images.
Step 4: View Your Gallery
After the event, you'll receive a private online gallery where you can purchase:
Individual digital images
Your entire gallery
Your $67 sitting fee will be credited back to you for gallery purchases.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. Yes, we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax on all products and services.
Q. How long will my session last?
A. Time slots are booked in 10 minute sessions.
Q. How extensive is the editing of my session images?
A. All portraits are color-corrected and receive a light retouch - Hair fly aways, skin retouched, wrinkles removed from clothes, etc. Extensive retouching/editing - swapping heads, braces removal, editing out a bruise/boo-boo, teeth whitening, removing tan lines, bald spots or extensive hair retouching is available for an additional fee per image. We offer additional retouching services at the cost of the 3rd party retouching company we work with. Their prices range in price from $5 to $15 per image depending on the scope of work requested.
Q. How many files will I receive for viewing with my session?
A. On average you will receive about 10-15 images to make your final selections.
Q. Can I bring more than one outfit for my session?
A. These sessions are design for one outfit.
Q. What is your refund policy if I’m unable to make my session time?
A. Your non-refundable sitting fee payment secures your session date and time. If you are unable to make your session time, your payment can be credited for use towards a portrait session in the future. Credits must be used within 6 months of the event date.
Q. How long will it take to receive my session gallery?
A. All galleries are delivered via email 2 to 3 weeks after the session date.
Q. How long do I have to shop for photographic prints and digital files after I receive my session gallery?
A. You will have 6 weeks to make your final selections.
Q. Can I print my downloaded files elsewhere?
A. Yes! All digital file images purchased come with personal reprint release for printing up to 8×12 inches, meaning you can order prints via online shops or at your local drugstore photo lab. You also have the option to order professional prints via your online gallery if you so choose. We cannot guarantee color consistency for prints ordered through other retailers.

Shipping is applicable to all physical print purchases
*Due to the nature of this event, your sitting fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to make your session time, your session fee can be credited toward a future session with Loft Creative. You have 6 months from time of the event to use your credit.
